Adults will improve their coordination, flexibility, and strength. Taekwondo is a compete martial art, giving students a greater understanding of their physical and mental capabilities. Taekwondo helps reduce excess body fat and build firm muscle mass. Students will learn Taekwondo techniques that are over 2,000 years old.
